* Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are TRANSFERABLE.
* L.I.Kennels Guarantees the dog to be current on all vaccinations &worming at the time of purchase and free of any communicable diseases. L.I.Kennels can not be held responsible for health defects do to buyers negligence after date of sale.
* It is the new owners responsibility to have puppy/dog examined by there vet with in 3 days of receiving puppy/dog. to provide assurance of good health and as a base for future veterinary reference. If during this period, the puppy/dog is determined to have any contagious disease or undisclosed major defects (must be verified by a licensed veterinarian) the puppy/dog may be returned for another puppy/dog only.
* The name, *L.I.K* will be included with in the registered name on the official registering papers.
* The responsibility, love, and care you give your dog will be returned many times in the years ahead.
** If for any reason buyer can not keep/care for this animal, buyer will contact the breeder first, before selling, disposing of or giving the animal away.
* New owner agrees that this said puppy WELL NOT BE USED FOR ANY INHUMANE, INMORAL, OR ILLEGAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOG FIGHTING. If it is determined that the new owner has or is using said puppy/dog in this manner, L.I .Kennels has the right to take back possession of the said puppy/dog with out compensation to owner. All provisions in this contract are designed to safeguard the puppy/dog, the breed in general(APBT), And/or the community.
